2005 Tour Opening Bands

I have heard & read form various postings, news articles that it is rumored that Snow Patrol or Scissor Sisters are the band(s) set to open up for the upcoming 2005 + U2 tour.

In my opinion, I really hope that Snow Patrol does not open up. I caught them playing at La Zona Rosa in Austin, TX, this past Oct. I was not impressed.

Eisley was the opener for Snow Patrol and I actually thought that was the better show.

And, sadly, I was disappointed because I enjoy the lastest Snow Patrol album. But, seeing them live...I was not impressed.

saw the thrills last summer...brilliant if they dont tour with U2 they'll definatly do the Croke Park dates

I don't really care. If the opening band is great, I'll enjoy it. If they're terrible, I'm more than capable of tuning them out. It's how I survive the workplace every day.

before the show starts is when we all pregame. So if there's music in background while I'm ordering my beer, that's fine with me.
