DATA is now hosting some clips from the MTV 'Diary' of Bono's Africa trip.
And along with the moving images, you can also find another diary of the trip, this one by Heather Tatarski, a student from New Hampshire chosen to go to Africa with the DATA team.
Heather shares her experiences of the journey that took her from New Hampshire to dirt-floored AIDS clinics and refugee camps.
'When I went to Africa with Bono from U2, Chris Tucker, and MTV, I didn't know what to expect. People told me that this was going to be one of the hardest, most powerful experiences of my lifetime... but what did that mean? Would I be scared, shocked, educated, surprised, disgusted, sad, confused, angry, or (possibly) all of the above? '
