I'm finally get hyped for both shows in Montreal and Toronto. Seriously, it really feels like 2 years since we purchased the tickets. Glad I watched today's Oprah show in Australia and Bono was a featured guest and they included a short U2 segment in Sydney. Seeing the crowd really got me...

Is this a U2 tribute band, if so where is the venue?

Last year Depeche Mode did reschedule some dates, but unfortunately some dates were definitely 100% canceled on the tour.

It says it will be rescheduled for 2011 at the Hippodrome, but it doesn't actually say for summer. New dates could be for spring 2011, adding summer dates seem way too long extending U2360 (2009-2011). World tour lasting 3 years will probably be their longest running tour in history.

Hopefully Bono will make a speedy and full recovery from surgery like Depeche Mode's frontman Dave Gahan had to for last year's tour. It was the beginning of the tour (May 2009) and only a few dates in and poor Dave gets rushed to the hospital. It turned out to be bladder cancer and they had...

Happy camper here, my Montreal night 2 tickets arrived in the mail today. :applaud: Now I just have 7 months to find 2 GA tickets for Night 1, excluding scalpers and ticket brokers. Hopefully some kind souls here will have some extra tickets when July comes around. Quite optimistic I'll score...

Yeah, GEG sucks that they charge you $7.00 for delivery. Even Ticketmaster if you are in Canada their standard mail delivery is FREE. Anyway, I'm hoping by the time I get home from work and check my mail the Montreal 2 tickets will be there. My luck it will be later on this week. :hyper:

If I score tickets for the first night I'm only gonna book a hotel for Thursday and Friday only. Saturday is all about the afterclubs such as STEREO and CIRCUS.

Although totally not in U2's league, I recall there was a concert in 1997 when OASIS opened up for U2 in Oakland. That would have been an amazing concert to attend. :up:

Both our Toronto weeknight shows were sold out in September. You can definitely count on both Montreal shows being sold out. Especially being weekend shows compared to the Toronto shows on Wednesday and Thursday nights. ;)
