My brain clearly ignored that detail since it didn't apply to me, ha. Hope y'all get ~fulfilled~, guessing Thursday morning...

Looks like some emails started going out 15 minutes ago, based on FB posts.

Love how some people get 1 or 4 tickets and it’s counted the same.

Again limit it to 2 when demand is this insane.

Just got an email. Snagged a GA for Saturday, October 14th! Very happy, needless to say. ?

Hoping all you guys get your requests fulfilled too!

It does, but I do wish Ticketfucker would communicate anything re: Verified Fan status.

I am assuming they won’t be re-running that for any of the announced dates unless they *don’t* exhaust face-value supply in the subscriber periods.

If they had properly run things in the first place I’m not sure there would’ve been much left for the VF crowd.

Yea, considerable scalper hijinks aside, I guess I (most of us?) underestimated just how willing "people" (i.e., human beings who are not Interference members) would be to descend upon Vegas in droves for it.

Same.

I feel like they could maybe fill one stadium in the Vegas market were this a regular tour? They didn’t even play it on JT. So that’s maybe 50k+. To do that 6 times over is striking. And while I prefer AB and Zoo TV, it doesn’t occupy quite the same space in cultural memory as JT does.

We can expect more residencies in the future. For everyone. Likely Vegas, LA, NYC, London, Paris.

I figured they’d sell out briskly. It’s an established (read: older) *global* audience with expendable cash meeting a legend-status band playing their OTHER beloved album and only doing it in one place, in a venue that can offer an audio-visual experience beyond anything possible in an arena or stadium.

“And 60% of the seats are under $300” bellows Paul McGuinness, laughing as he glides down a platinum slide into a pool full of Evian.
