Wow I'm enjoying these a lot more than I thought I would. A pleasant surprise, and it seems they've reinvigorated Stuck in a Moment (which I've always enjoyed, so hush all you dissenters)... could still probably do w/o The Miracle, though

These songs really do sound great acoustic. That said I still hate Song From Someone, personally. was hoping a stripped back version would make me appreciate it more as people are saying is the case with these songs. Still does nothing for me and I know if The Script wrote it and I heard it on the radio it'd just make me furious haha

anyway, Bono's voice is sounding great. I hope it's not just acoustic on "Later" next week. Would love to hear them really blast through 3-4 of the new ones on the show, though they seems to be enjoying pretty simple, stripped back acoustic gigs at the moment which is fair enough.

and sweet jesus, I'm sick of hearing the line about how U2 saw the clash live and went home and slept in their beds but didn't really etc etc, Bono is clearly determined for that to be one of the key quotes when people write about this period of U2's history (or indeed their early years) later on

I´m surprised to say that, but STUCK sounded the best I´ve ever heard. Awesome job by Edge on piano.

Every breaking wave was great also, but I´m still waiting for full electric band.

Miracle and Cedarwood weren´t bad acoustic, but these are the weakest spots on the record, so there you go...
Is it only me, or the drum pattern for Song for someone feels weird?

Bono sang very well all the songs, he only screwed up with Fool to cry

I have finally gotten the chance to hear that BBC2 radio broadcast now and it
is one amazing performance. :applaud: Great interviews as well as all the songs
played.
Just good ear candy from U2 ! ...not to mention Jo Whiley has one sexy voice!
These songs are a keeper for any U2 collection. Great live session.
Thank you U2

I'll echo what everyone else has been saying, but . . .

Holy shit, Every Breaking Wave. That may be the "classic" from this album. That's just a great damn song.

With the strings, it reminded me of 'As Tears Go By' by the Stones. Which, by all means, is a great thing.

Fuck me I can't get this to work, and I installed Kim Jongs shitty app too

Every time I select the folder I created in my mega cloud, it just does nothing

I've just tried to download it and it's working fine with me.

If you want, I can upload it to Dropbox.

Easiest ways for iPhone users is to keep your home PC on, then install Jump desktop which gives you the ability to control your home PC from anywhere. Then download the files to your PC and import them to iTunes and then update iTunes Match.

Sounds like a lot but after the initial setup it is so easy to just download stuff to my home PC when at work.
