Is that the one I just posted? Or is there another one? :hmm:

no , you just posted the "THAT one" Edge gif :shifty::ohmy::drool::drool::drool:

No....
but bc also giffed where Edge is walking away after his blistering UTEOTW solo and remembers he has to go back for the reaching hands between him and Bono and does so with extreme flexibility!
It's damnnn cool! And hot in it's own way!

BTW....

in case WHEN you know that I'm here (in whatever thread >usually here< ) that we are all in at the time, and I DON'T SEEM to be Replying to a question you're asking......and you doulbe check to see that I'm still listed for said thread.....

.....I'm probably having trouble loading/reloading/replying due to the signal being shut off (then I try one other possibilty), OR their security is trying tp kick me out.....

Just so you know for future reference! :D

Unless I STATE that I am at a Net Cafe later in the day, or in a Free WIFI Park, and my battery's about to fizzle out. In which in that case I'd end up going home sooner or later. IF I have money going to a Star Bucks etc to get their free Wifi! :D

There have been several little earth tremors in Melb over the last few years, and I (geology graduate, at that) haven't felt any of them. :grumpy: ...

oh......dear , I guess..... :giggle:

I'm not sure I'd want to be in an area that had even just little quakes!

eta:
altho i guess I am....... 2 others one was in mid-Northern NJ and just this year i think another NJ one.

We don't get that many earthquakes here, but the last one I can remember clearly (about 8 yrs ago) just felt like a bang. I was at my parents' house, and I thought their truck had crashed into the house, since they were supposed to be arriving right at that time.

We are due for "the big one" someday, though. :uhoh:

oh mannnnn that just "plain ole" fucking SCARY!!! :yikes:

the big one? isn't that basically a California worry?

Or is because Vanconver is sitting on part of "TheRing of Fire" -- which ( for those who don't know-- bascially all ( or alomst all) of the parts of the countries from the Equator to up North that border The Pacific Ocean ?

i don't know if it extends below/south if the Equator.

I just don't think about it, and that helps.

Yeah, Vancouver is on a massive fault line, and they've expected us to have an enormous earthquake for a long time now (at least 100 years or so). Nobody knows when it's coming, obviously, but some day there's going to be a huge one, and basically all the islands in the area will be under water afterward. I refuse to think about it, because my parents live on one of those islands, and that's just too horribly depressing to dwell on. Thankfully people have been preparing for this for years, so all new buildings have been required to be up to code in order to withstand a major earthquake. So yeah. Hopefully it won't ever happen in my lifetime!

On a happier note, I'm so glad this is Wednesday. Means it's closer to Friday and the weekend!

This thread is so fast :giggle: I need more free time.
Good afternoon

Not sure how this is going to format, but here's what I just found:

Data USA Women
Weight Height
1988 - 1994 152 lb 69 kg 5' 3.7" 162 cm
1999 - 2002 163 lb 74 kg 5' 3.8 162 cm

USA Men Weight Height
1988 - 1994 180 82 5' 9.1" 176 cm

Data Canadian Women
Weight Height
2005 153 lb 69 kg 5' 3.4" 161 cm

Canadian Men
Weight Height
2005 182 lb 83 kg 5' 8.5" 174 cm

So, I'm a tad taller than average.

Wow you guys are short. :giggle: I'm as tall as your average men are!

The Dutch people are among the tallest in the world, with an average height of about 1.81 m (5 ft 11 in) for adult males and 1.68 m (5 ft 6 in) for adult females.[53] People in the south are on average about 2 cm shorter than those in the north.[54]
 Wikipedia, what would I do without you. Intriguing how the northern people are taller than the south... probably some catholic vs protestant thing I guess.. hm, 5ft 11 in is actually 1.77m, bad conversion, that should be 6foot(which is 181.2cm).

:shifty: Good thing Ali's here then, I'm not the tallest!

I appreciate the attempts. And feel free to keep trying!

I would say I'm intrigued by the pics of him where he looks ... um ...... lost in a rather intense moment.

But alas, I'm strictly a Bono kind of gal.

please don't throw me out. :(

:shifty: Can I keep trying with Bono anyway? This just got sent my way, I thought I'd share..

There's light shining from Bono's armpits.
