I'm expecting a set very close to Boston I tonight... no Mofo, no Blue Room, standard four-song opener, with Mysty Ways badly crammed in there. But I'm hoping for (based on the soundcheck of Elevation+Mofo):

1) Magnificent
2) No Line
3) Boots
4) Mysty Ways
5) Elevation
6) Mofo
7) Your Blue Room
8) Beautiful Day
9) Until The End Of The World
10) Stay
11) Unknown Caller
12) The Unforgettable Fire
13) City
14) Vertifail
15) Crazy Tonight
16) Sunday Bloody Sunday
17) MLK
18) Walk On
19) One / Hear Us Coming (snippet) / Amazing Grace (snippet)
20) Where The Streets Have No Name
--encore break--
21) Ultraviolet
22) With or Without You / Shine Like Stars (snippet)
23) Moment of Surrender

They could make my day and throw Bad in there, too. Or drop Stay (do they really need an acoustic song? Stay is my favorite choice for that, though) and stick Breathe in there somewhere... perhaps the same place, actually.

Bono must have Mofo on the brain. He snippeted that one line from it like two concerts in a row now during COBL. If they truly rehearsed it today, maybe someone has been pestering him about playing the song.

maybe he had been reading our posts here, i think, lol, i had said i wanted to hear Bono sing Amazing Grace again and sure enough, it got played the next night, lol, or maybe i was wishing very hard:)

Well if he is reading here can people start getting on the October train a little more? Come on! That album gets just as little love from the band as Pop.

and it's better too :runs:

I had been talking about Mofo days before the concert and on the trip down and the day of the concert and after the concert so ;) There's alot of Mofo vibes.. I just think that Mofo would really suit the 360 set

They actually have two PopMart gigs to get revenge on... the canceled Raleigh gig and the botched Vegas gig. They should really play at least one full-electric Pop song in those two cities.

I wouldn't say that October is better than Pop, but I would absolutely die if they played Tomorrow.

That works for me. I'll be at both and I was at the botched Vegas show.

Funny thing about Pop being ignored is that IMO the songs are BIG stadium rockers. Gone, Mofo, LNOE, Please.

How Bad is not played every night is head scratching. I know they didn;t play it every night last tour--but this is THE quintessential live U2 song. Photo finish with Streets, but the EMOTION on Bad puts it over the top. Breathe as an opener is another head scratcher--Friends who saw it last night said it was incredibly anticlimactic, and the crowd reaction was confused jubilation. Like the song, but as an opener...huh?
