I have a question. I'm considering getting my tee online so I don't have to wait in line for it at the show. For Vertigo I have women's fit tee made by American Apparel and I needed an XL. I also got a mens M that was Edun brand.

Can anyone tell me if the sizes on the 'babydoll' tees are pretty comparable to the Vertigo / American Apparel shirts? I'm pretty um... busty... *blush* and don't want to not be able to wear it.

Thanks.

I'm not to familiar with the sizes for the U2 shirts, but I know I myself for any baby doll tee I've bought online, I've always gone up one size more than I usually wear to be safe. Plus they shrink as well. Not to sure if that will help.

Hopefully someone helps ya out.

I myself was thinking about getting my tour shirt now, but I may wait to order mine after my shows.

I thought about that Sicy, but I also know that ppl here have actually seen me, IRL and I was a little afraid to call myself "busty" outside PLEBA :giggle: :reject: Suppose I could just leave that part out, eh? Will try tho, thanks.

LOL. I understand  (not really because I'm not busty but you get what I mean ).

Boooooooooooooooooooooooooobs!

Some days, I'm so immature.

And sadly, I don't know about the new shirts. All I know, is shirts never fit me properly.
They're either too big, or aren't cut right/bag funny. :grumpy:

I got a shirt from Woot, thats made by AA I believe, and while I'm not busty I found it tight across the chest, but loose everywhere else.

Maybe there are measurements somewhere?
Woot lists the chest width and lengths and stuff.
(scroll down, and click sizing chart http://shirt.woot.com/ )

I have to assume something similar can be found for the u2 shirts.

I know what you mean about being 'busty'! I'm a 38 D! :shh: I bought the following tank in XL....

....and it fits just fine! :D

:tsk: Pervert.

Shoulda guessed we could find Carlos here.

I haven't bought any of the babydolls, but with most of my U2.com t-shirts I got a medium, got a medium of the tour t-shirts as well and they're slightly smaller. Not much, just a bit.

Why? For telling the truth?

C'mon, everybody on this forum knows you're the biggest perve around. Save for Reg perhaps..

I agree the T shirts don`t fit very well and I`m not large! I bought a small and medium mens T shirt and the small is tightish across the bust and shoulders, the medium is roomy (how I like them). I`m a UK size 12/14.

I find the womens T shirts very small and would get at least a large if not an XL.

I'm not a big fan of babydoll shirts, mostly because of those stupid little sleeves they put on them that cause "armpit wedgies." I have one from U2.com that I got in 2005; I normally wear a medium, so that's what I got, but it did shrink slightly. I wore it in high school, but it's too tight now that I'm in college. :( I think I'm just going to get a normal T-shirt at the show in October.

I'm very "busty" and usually get a 2XL--even though it's too big everywhere else, at least I can get the girls in. The Vertigo shirt I got in May 2005 is way too big everywhere else. So I bought a 2XL at Chicago without opening it up and looking at it, and it's too small. Christmas gift for my son, I guess. :D

I didn't get a babydoll one, just a regular one and I got a medium. I'm 5'7, size 4, not very busty but do have broader shoulders. They seemed to run pretty small and IMO they do shrink. Mine was too big when I bought it but now I've washed it and dried it and it fits like most of my other tees that are smalls. If the babydolls are also small/shrink, I'd probably try a large for myself.

DAMN! Thanks for your help, girls, (esp. hcbiggs :flirt: ) but I think I'll just have to wait and get one there. Mr. Z can't go too long without having to pee :giggle: so I'll just send him to the merch table at the Dallas show.

Thankie. :D:hug::wave::love:

Shall we have a drink? How about this one.

And back on topic, the tank that Helen bought looks great. I have not seen many of the others shirts. I shall have to go have a peak at U2.com

Oh make mine a Irish Baileys cream thanks! :sexywink:

Bought a whole litre bottle from Berlin airport on my way back home back in july! :D :cocktail:

I personally perfer the babydoll tees coz the ordinary ones I find are too shapeless for my liking!

a) that pink frou-frou drink looks mighty tasty.

b) I know what you mean about the tees, hcbiggs. Us 'busty' girls gotta accentuate the positive if you know what I mean  otherwise we just look fat. At least that's how it is with me. If I wear mens fit tees, they have to be pretty small. And I look better with a lower neckline than most mens fit tees have.
