1988 is more realistic I think. I mostly played games too, I remember I got a FLOPPY DISK with pokémon blue on it, turned out it had a huge virus that crashed our poor 3.1

I remember the computer was a Sigma, ran XTree Gold or something as the operating system, and had the original Prince Of Persia on it. It was great fun. Totally useless for word processing or anything, though.
I can't say I'm sad to have moved on to my current computers, but I do miss it sometimes for the ancient games!

All I know ours was a Tulip with 3.1 on it. I used to play quite a bit of disney games, and my first english game, Harry's haunted house of horrors!

OH you have no idea.
Mine was so old that it pre-dated mice. You used the arrow keys on the numberpad to navigate. Yes, on the numberpad, because it didn't even have the separate arrow keys that keyboards have now.
