So i just tried to use my phone card and entered the number in (incorrectly??) and I should have only a little time left, but it told me i had TONS of time left...I didn't hang up...
I'll probably enter the number correctly next time though... (when i call megan. when she can talk??)

No it's not stealing, it was an accident that you inadvertantly typed the wrong number. Nor did you realize how much time you were supposed to have left as opposed to what you got with the your mistake.
