Did anyone else notice that Mysterious ways is different on the best of CD?

What does bono say right after "she'll turn the tide" at 1:40 of the song

Maybe you are losing your mind, but not because of the lyrical change in MW. Yes, there is a different line in there. I've read somewhere that the new line is something like "No question, she knows why"

Why U2 did it? I don't know. I also don't care that much, as I already have the original song (three times or so).
