If you could rename POP, what would it be?

I think POP is a great record that suffered from a poor image that was created around it which was partly due to it's name. If you could rename it, what would you call it?
(Please don't turn this into a why POP sucks thread or bring back the name poop)

LOL!

Actually I love the album!

I think POP was a good name! I just wish the critics wouldn't have shit on it like they did!

Streets of Miami is a cool name. How about "Chance is a kind of Religion"

I like Tyler's.

i really like the name POP, but if i had to think of some other names for the album, i would go with: "Gone", "What Lovers Steal", or "Wake Up Dead Man"

How about: Demo

The singles they released sounded great compared to the album versions that sounded unfinished.

I remember someone on here a while ago who had the perfect title for POP: Last Night On Earth.

Think about it. It just seems to be about a person (likely a woman) spiralling downward through the excesses of society. It is, in a sense, her last night on Earth.

Pop - Last night on Earth without a doubt.

Its fun trying to think of alternative names for all the albums
Boy - perfect
October - perfect
War - I could maybe rename this "seconds" or "Drowning Man" but war is very good.
UF - Maybe "let it go" or "Isolation"
JT - interesting, it works too well to change
how about "the howling wind"? nahh, keep it
AB - this should be renamed although I can't think what. How about "its no secret" or "eye of a needle" or "love made complete"
Zooropa - "light projected" - nahh zooropa is good.
atyclb - bikini

for all you veterans. Wouldn't change it.

In 1996, promo cards featuring photos of the band were distributed to record label execs. On one side it said "Expect Nothing" on the other, "But The Best". Some people who were trying to figure out what the new CD would be called ignored the context or presentation of the phrase and simply assumed that the next CD would be called "Expect Nothing But The Best", soon however, common sense prevailed and the idea became discreditied. However, in time, people picked up on the fact it was once a theory and assumed that it was actually the album's early title, when in fact, nobody connected with the band in any way shape or form ever said it was.

The only confirmed titles under consideration were "Miami" and "Pop: For Men". Though, the latter one was more of a joke than anything else.

The final title of the CD and the artwork to go along with it, were actually last minute decsions. Work on the album sleeve was wrapping up when the change in the album's title required a new theme.

I would have taken the title and spelled it backwards.
