I don't know about the first one, but I'm pretty sure the second one's from The Old Grey Whistle Test. You can buy that DVD here

(The DVD is awesome... It also has an early performance by The Police. )

The first one looks like it's from ABC's A Year in Pop special. I'm not sure though.

Alright, I just checked my copy and the first still is definitely from A Year in Pop. It's footage of the band performing Please in a studio during the Pop sessions.
