Short version-
They got shut down by the French version of the RIAA. In addition, having the artist's permission to disseminate live recordings (as we U2 nuts kinda have), doesn't get them anywhere, because the SCPP represents the interests of the labels , and not the artists. They also point out that the SCPP is engaged in a vast operation, which isn't going to stop with u2achtung, or even just with U2 bootlegs. Well ain't that some shit...... -Mike |
