2001... it's a question of music

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that follows U2.

Given the frankly pathetic response I got to the last time I asked this question, and after having checked that is has not been done before, I ask this.

What are your favourite five singles on 2001?

The criteria is simple:
* They must have been released after January 1 2001
* They cannot be by U2

Will anybody answer or am I going to have to take myself off to a forum that actually is bothered about music?!!

Hmmm I wonder if I can come up with five.

Dream On--Depeche Mode
Fragile (new version)--Sting
Rest of the Day Off--Neil Finn (not in North America, but who cares??)

I'm really sorry, but I can't think of anything else. I'll come back and add them if I think of something. I don't listen to the radio much any more or pay much attention to the charts, and most new music sucks anyway.

Son Of A Gun- Janet Jackson and Carly Simon

"Falling" - Alicia Keys
"Imitation of Life" - REM
"Sing" - Travis (love the foodfight video, hehe)
"Androgyny" - Garbage
"Island in the Sun" - Weezer
"Bootylicious" - Destiny's Child
"That Day" - Natalie Imbruglia
"Hidden Place" - Bjork
"Get Ur Freak On" - Missy Elliott

Trouble - Coldplay
Sing - Travis

Let's see if I can get it right this time:

Coldplay - Trouble
Big Wreck - Knee Deep
Incubus - Wish You Were here

Ok, I've see too many people say Bootylicious...that is SUCH am unappealing song.
I also saw "Drops of Jupiter" a couple times. What a badly written song! Train are the kings of writing the same songs OVER and OVER again. Nothing original with them

In no particular order...
