December 14, 2004: U2 photo is a big hit at auction

An early photo of U2 taken by Anton Corbijn sells tonight at a Dublin auction for $12,000 (EU).

 but I doubt that is what Edge meant!

In the new book, Edge says that it was in early December of 2004, when the band was filming the video for 'Sometimes' that he got the news about Sian. That's probably what he's referring to.

Leukemia. Hopefully she is better as the band re-scheduled the dates and I believe both Sian and Morleigh were seen in London recently where fans waited to see the band.
