Listen to the melody line (especially in the instrumental portion at the close of the song), the electric is playing the melody from "EWTRTW".

I see where you're coming from....

Both are still fine songs though, and Oasis CANNOT be accused of ripping off EWTRTW, because it's not an obvious plagerisation.
