Speaking of work

We started the big move today. I lose my window on Friday

One of my coworkers has been there for 5 years and he's never had to move. They took his monitor off his desk and he had 5 years of dust back there.

I've never seen dust bunnies that big!

His whole desk was so creepy. After that I was talking to the guy that sits where I'm moving to and I told him I would make him clean my new desk if he left his like the other guy

I have been listening to Kiss in the car all week (

) and haven't been able to listen to U2 at work since I have the newbie with me. Well this morning I had some time for me so I broke out the iPod and cranked it up. A live version of Bad came on.

I can't believe how much I missed U2 after not hearing them for only 3 days.

The 'pod is staying on the rest of the day even if I have the new girl at my desk.

I spilled water in my keyboard earlier this week and now it's making funny noises when I type.

ARW's randooooooooom thoughts of the day:

1. my throat is killing me

2. I had my quartly review or what we all like to refer to as a *waste of time* my manager told me that I show a great deal of patience for what I have to deal with

I need to tell my sister that since according to her I'm very impatient.

3. Went to the Gap after work and tried on jeans. Almost another size down from last year. Not quite yet so I didn't buy anything. The girl at the fitting chased me down the aisle telling me she forget that I get a free download on iTunes just for trying on.

=tears of joy. I wanted to hug her. A free song!

4. I'm starving but have no desire to eat.

Been that way for about a week.
5. It's going to pour tonight so I can't walk around the lake like I had planned.
6. The painters never made it to my side of the building today.

oh one more thing....I'm madly in love with U2 right now (but really when am I ever not?). Turn them off for a few days and see what happens. Now I can't get enough of them. I listened to the Joshua Tree this afternoon.
