I still can't upload any photos to my gallery

I've made sure that Admuncher and Norton Internet Security aren't interferring with Internet Explorer.

The process just finishes with a blank page, and when I refresh "My Gallery" there is nothing there.

I'm trying to upload a 71kb jpg image of me at the moment and it's not having it!
