Well, it's being widely reported that Cielito Lindo was snippeted at the end of BD. I can imagine, though, if it was a long snippet, it would've seemed to be separate from BD, and if Bono had gone straight into Norwegian Wood, I can see how that report would've come about.

A bootleg clearing this up would be nice.

Ok - I have not seen other reports.
The article says (translated):

".. Later with guitar in hand Bono began to sing "pretty Cielito" ..."

So, if it was a snippet, Bono grabbed a guitar for it.

Cielito Lindo was a long snippet, the crowd just went over and over with it, and between encores the crowd was singing it again, amid chants of Mexico, Mexico and Oe Oe Oe.

Just to add that this first Mexico City show was in my opinion one of those magical nights, of course being mexican I'm all biased, but a few of my friends that have been to shows in many places agree totally with me, even not mexicans ones.

Definately the best show I have even been.
