to be honest I'm still really not so well...last week I had a (nervous) breakdown in a shop..I realy thought I was going to die.

it is getting better but man was I completely fucked up last/this week...

that vertigo twice stuff must have really upset me..

serious about the breakdown though that was scary shit to say the least

Like a panic attack? My friend had one once and she said they had to call an ambulance for her.

I feel lots better now. in fact I went to a casino this weekend and won 250 euro with chinses dices haha...

it is very low profle to say the least at this moment.last week some days after the "ïncident" I picked up the guitar and started to record some songs.my voice has never ever sounded so fragile as this. it's like I'm on heroin and have 3 months to live really strange. a lot of PinkFloyd esque stuff with 4 voices etc..I was realy messed up

yeah...and then it came back just 2 days after the first one and I started to shake all over and my whole body became cold...the doctor calle dit hyperventilationsyndrome. I have seeked help and it allready works or at least I think..there must have been some issues leading up to this rather fucked up event
