Difference between Korg A1, A2 and A3?

Hi All

What are the main differences between the Korg A1, A2 and A3?

I have the option to buy either an A1 or A3 for around $500AU.

What do you think?

Dont buy the Korg A1, it does not have the Mysterious ways sound. Get the A3. The A2 is good too if you can find one.

I thought the A1 was like a bigger awesomer version of the A3?

Yes it is the biggest of the A-series multieffects units, but bigger does not mean better in this case. It cannot read the SPC01 card which has all the Achtung/Zooropa era sounds like MW, Numb etc. The SPC01 is only compatible with the A2/A3.

A korg A2 has come up for sale nearby. Should I snap it up? $350 Aust seems like a good price! It's midi controllable yes?
