It's the final book in King's Dark Tower series. I've had it sitting here for 2 years? Since it came out, anyway. I've picked it up several times during that time, but couldn't get into it. It WAS hard to dive into - so many old references, and reading a series over the course of 15 or 20 years makes the recall of minute details difficult (and he's made good use of many minute details in the series) - but I think part of me didn't want to read it and have the series end. I read his most recent, Lisey's Story, over the holidays, and thought I'd give this one another try. After a couple hundred pages, I couldn't put it down.

Fuck...funny you say that...I read them all but the last one....and now am unsure if I even want to read it because I forget so much......one thing I don't forget is that Roland takes no shit off of nobody.
