glad you are starting to get ussed to your routine.
Well, it really sucks you lost alot in the past year and you were lucky enough not have died from runaway insulin shock.
...... my mom had one severe insulin shock possible due to an undiagnosed infection...or one that was underdiagnoised at that time} rushed to hospital (and had other bad stuff going on}.

Mu well everyone {or most} leaving that's a bummer too.

I was in what is called diabetic ketoacidosis. You can find info about it here.

Had I not found out about my diabetes, I would have gone into a diabetic coma or died in a few hours last Monday.

yeah....i was kind of getting the idea of that possibility when you daid that your e-m had OTHER details of your hospital stay you hadn't divulged yet. ah, sweetie...........more
particualarly b/c I beleive my mom had almost gone into one herself. Luckily gotten to the hospital on time . But that was- omg -actaully 20 yrs ago in Fall 2005! and she still going strong.....even learned to Email at 79 -- 4 yrs ago!
