My grocery store makes cinnamon sugar bagels. You can't really toast them, but I heat them for a few seconds in the microwave, and they turn into soft gooey cinnamon sugary goodness
The best bagels I ever had were from a small shop in Baldwin, Long Island, NY. I have never found anyplace else that makes bagels like they make them in New York!
used to eat the square bagels (squagels) at Cosi when I worked there, not a great addiction to have! but I generally like asiago bagels with plain cream cheese, plain with veggie cream cheese, or the cinnamon crunch or the mocha chip ones they had at one time at Panera, with nothing on them
