Ack, I need to eat something.... and not the delectable choccies that are sitting in front of me, tempting me....

Abso-friggin-lutely! :yippie: Did you like the pink ones I used last time?

And will we be getting pics of you in your Super Zooey Suit?

Only if you ask real nice!

so when do start up the swim part? or have you started ?
which is the hardest for you?

I only work 2 events at a time (called a 'brick' workout). I had never really swum until about 2 months ago so that's still the hardest for me. The good thing is that I can do all 3 events separately at this point and pieces of them together - now it's just a matter of building up my stamina a little more.

just..... REMIND US in advance -- a few days
ANd PM us , too! :D
that should work!

Of course
If people ask, I can talk about training forever!
again
<--- dork!

ah! mAKES SENSE!

and the moniker...you build up the "bricks" !

Altho I rarly get to it----I :love::love: being in the swimming pool!

Have to find my bathing siut, wash it and get a (it's very low $ for people over 50) membership at our NYC recreation places. One ;place i'm near when I in Manhattan has an outdoor and an indoor pool. My friend says its well maintained, too! :hyper:

It's great exercise. Although I have a TOTALLy irrational fear of sharks, to the point where I wouldn't swim alone - so I had to overcome that 'cause there are not always others in the pool with me. I have to do math in my head to keep from picturing sharks swimming under/behind me. I'm :coocoo:

And indoor pools give me the creeps too! Again, I'm :coocoo:

SOmeday you'll have to plan a visit to NYC to see the BIG Marathon!! :hyper:

I watch the earlier parts (depending from year to year) whgen they start running over the Veranzanno Bridge, then when they get to First Ave , finally the Men's & Women's first 3!

and sometimes I go down near the entrance to see them running later in the day around 3 - 6 PM, and cheer them on!

But  this past Nov (it'd been qy\uiote a few years) and they blocked the arfea off MUCH more and put in looked like kind of "exclusive" bleachers right by the entrance . :madspit:

Lame! Exclusivity sucks. I heard a report on NPR about these Masai warriors who were training to run the NY Marathon in their full warrior gear, in sandals, shields and spears included. I should look for pics of that...

Ooh, you can pick up some great deals used on Amazon, Dazzled. :)

Never saw that show - saw the movie though and thought it was pretty cool.

I kind of was confused by it!
But it's possible that I was not in the best of moods/shaPE WHEN i SAW IT!

so I guess I sort of ignored it when it first shjhowed up on TV and was probably watching some other SF TV fervently at the time as well. I think--- let's ee will do the math......

in a min

Only if you ask real nice!
Pweeeeeeeeeaaaase.... :flirt:   :D

Read back 3 or 4 pages, I gave Dazz the list of what I was doing :p

;)
I saw that! I still think my imagining could be accurate

Toast with crunchy peanut butter...

I read a book about peope with synesthesia, and this one woman said she loved her husband's voice, because it tasted like warm buttered toast... !

(Synesthesia is a thing where people get wires crossed in their brains, and one sensation (like sound) will trigger another one (eg, taste).)

VP!

nice to see ya here!

Are you managing to get sdome rest or should we try and take your mind off of things? :D
I was reading a while ago, and nearly fell asleep sitting up. :reject:

Sarah's out with friends, and I'm not sure she has a key with her, so I have to stay up. Her best friend from university, the one she's moving in with in Sept is here for the weekend (she's down to see her bf, who also goes to their university, and he was one of Sarah's sorta friends/acquaintances from high school - now, them and a few others are like this tight little family :cute: ).
