Maybe REM on May 23 if I can get a ticket to the Vancouver show.

I can't go because when they're here because I'll be in the middle of nowhere in your fair state. But I'd go if I could. They were better 30 years ago, and even 20 years ago, but John Doe is still hot as hell, and their songs will still kick your ass. :up:

Of course, they're pretty much a nostalgia act now. But wtf. Why not.

I want some X nostalgia. I want to hear those old songs. I have to go shopping--I had their records on vinyl and never got around to getting my faves on CD. :sad: How cool is Exene to have married two of the coolest (and hottest) men ever??

I was trying to squeeze in a trip to see Lou Reed in April, but it would be the same week as my trip to see Nels Cline. I've been trying to see Lou Reed since I was a teenager :sad:
