:lmao:

I would've liked 'Who 2 and Baby Ringo' as a title though.

Too long wordy. :tsk: Then it definitely would have been influenced by U2.

if only they could add some "showGAYship" and be like Queen

:coocoo:

I love the Who, but when half of the members are dead how can it still be The Who? Atleast The Stones all died about 5 years ago.

Seriously, someone should go to a The Who board and try to find out why they are calling their next album this.

Clearly it's because there are two of them left.

Oh, that showGAYship. :tsk:

It's kind of the same with Echo & The Bunnymen. Pete de Freitas (the drummer) died back in the 80s. RIP Pete. Then Les Pattinson left. Just Ian McCulloch and Will Sergeant left, and they continue to perform as Echo & The Bunnymen. I feel like they should change their name, but I suppose since Ian and Will contributed the most to the band when it was still a 4 man effort, it's only fair.

:barf: hope that never happens!

U1 - lol, nice name.
And I would pay to see it live if it happens someday.

I wonder why they are only calling the album Who 2, and not renaming the band to that. That would make more sense to me.

Who 2 obviously is a double-entendre for gayness.

Who 2? As in, the union of two men?

And here I was thinking it was a subtle reference to Britney's obsession with holy matrimony. :sigh:

Roger and Pete are totally doing it. Don't you read the tabloids?

Okay, so I read somewhere that Who fans call the current incarnation of The Who "The Two." So maybe I wasn't completely off-base with my mock reason for why the next album is called Who 2?

I think we have finally found ourselves a The Who fan.

I'd be lying if I agreed. But they are on my list of music to devour.

I've only heard a few things. "My Generation" and that song. Probably a few more I can't remember off the top of my head.

Baba O'Riley has become a teenaged cliche

but I still love it.

(Let My Love Open the Door is actually a Pete-solo track. :nerd: )

I read your post and you sounded confused. You seemed to only think there is the EP but there will be a full album as well. They are not the same thing.

:banghead: jeez..i think you were reading way too much into my post. I was just mentioning that there is an EP out there in response to what someone else said.

yes I am WELL AWARE that an EP and an album are not the same thing!
