Weird log in message on every page refresh

Safari..posting this with Firefox with no issues. I can only assume Chrome would be the same deal.

Notably, it doesn't prevent me from posting, it's just annoying.

I just got this with Firefox on windows laptop... just heading to the main page, refreshed, and there it was.
