I was thinking that maybe because it's a cover, licensing stuff is preventing them from mucking with the original. Or, maybe the original master/transfer/source doesn't exist or they couldn't upscale it effectively.

Love is Blindness has gone up today. I remember when it first came out I was disappointed that it didn’t just use straight footage from a live performance of the song. Watching it again today for the first time it really does capture so many iconic images from the Zoo TV Tour which will still be the greatest live shows I’ve ever seen.
