My friend Michael Corbiere went to the Toronto U2360 show with me. Toronto was his first show. He was so smitten with the entire GA experience and U2 that he asked if he could make a movie about me......my fan story....and the U2 GA experience. So....here is the trailer. If you have any pictures or videos that you would like to add to the final cut of the movie, please send it to info@braincloudfilms.com.

Cheers!

When I clicked this video I expected a nice made-by-firends-for-friends-video,
I was wrong! Excellent camerawork, a good intro ! I love the classic, car over the camera shot!

This actually gets me exited! It shows how every really-REALLY diehard fan,
feels and wants to be with his hero, just like me and many others.
The outro finishes the trailer perfectly,
I think the lines "It doesn't matter to you, it matters to me" just tops it off.
It capture's the doubt and will of every fan, thinking he or she is crazy for wanting to be there so badly, but just thinking "The hell, I'm going for it"

Is there planning to actually turn this into a real time documentary?

That's pretty sweet. :)

Mark I was in line right near you in Toronto and I didn't say anything to you. I don't know why. I'm stupid.

I don't bite. You should have said hi. Next tour we will party.....

Glad it's getting some positive feedback.

Mark is a filmmaker's dream come true!

Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!
It's always reassuring when you see that people get it.

And yes, this is a real documentary. It is shot, and just a mountain of editing remains!

Yeah , I kind of interested in filmmaking myself,

Good luck with the editing, but I'm sure your gonna be allright seeing the trailer. Its hard to make a good one.

There is this program about "fans" on national television here,
but I just cringed at the quality of it, this is how it should be done.
And I really do think mr. U2Brothr represents for allot of great fans.
(I mean come on ? Home made mirrorballman hardhat, thats fandom.)

So is it going to be about marks dream or a bit over the general inside world of U2 fandom as well?

Oh yeah, what's the program called?

Indeed, anyone who teaches themselves mosaic tiling for custom costuming is at the epitome of fandom. LOL

There are definite scenes and chapters covering general U2 fandom and the GA experience. We talk to people during in the GA line wait, and interview other hardcore fans.

Its been called the incredibly original title : "Fans"
And follows the fans of mostly National bands/singers or soccer clubs.
The camerawork is shit, the interviews are even more crap.
Save yourself some wasted minutes in life and don't watch it.
Anyway, can't wait to see more, so get editing!

If I make it back to Canada! I had such a blast at the Toronto show I just might do it again! Or all you Canadians have to come party with me in California.

I vote for this too. ;) Come to California you guys!

This looks amazing. Can't wait to see the finished film. :)
