I keep forgetting to watch "Subterranean"-I've caught it a couple of times and they've played some interesting stuff on there (I remember liking a song by Bloc Party I heard a while back on there), and I gotta remember to check it out again.

Anywho, Saturday night's new wave show was a good one for me. So my list to share is...four bands I like whose songs were played on the new wave show:

Crowded House-"Something So Strong"
U2-"Where The Streets Have No Name"
Squeeze-"Another Nail In My Heart"
The Alarm-"The Stand" (one of my absolute favorite songs by this band)

.

These guys are really interesting (in a good way).

Couple of lists from me-first one: Two artists whose music I'd just started hearing for the first time in recent weeks/days:

Wilco
Elliot Smith

I recall liking the few songs I've heard thus far from them, too (there was an Elliot Smith song..."Baby Britain", I believe, was the name of it, that I heard the other day...preeeeetttttttyyyyy...:)).

And as for my other list-5 Neil Finn songs that I've been listening to on a regular basis lately:

1. "Sinner" :)drool:...)
2. "Driving Me Mad"
3. "The Climber"
4. "She Will Have Her Way"
5. "Anytime"

I've only heard the first two songs, as I'm still looking around to hear more Split Enz stuff (not a whole heck of a lot of their stuff available in my part of the world), but I do love those songs. Particularly "Message To My Girl" :cute: .
