For somone that maybe almost died (unsure) -- Bono sounds great, seems the same as he's been. almost getting better with age singing wise.

Unlike the JT Tour, I think I was in minority, but it just didn't feel like a U2 show... it was rushed and unfocused and they didn't quite believe in it... I can't explain it, but it didn't feel sincere like every other U2 show I've seen before.

Anyway -- not to trash that -- i'm just saying one show in Tulsa and listening to clips I'm right back into the magic that is U2 on tour. I love the Innocence so much and I knew stadium tour just woundn't be as good...

I'm pumped to see them soon!

I'm liking this set, so far.

Unlike the JT Tour, I think I was in minority, but it just didn't feel like a U2 show... it was rushed and unfocused and they didn't quite believe in it... I can't explain it, but it didn't feel sincere like every other U2 show I've seen before.

I felt the same way. I just took is as them playing an album in order was unnatural and it showed (for me) A friend who is a casual fan said that was his least favorite of tours he’s seen but followed with “ a “bad” U2 show is still a great U2 show”.
I still saw them 4 times on the JT tour though

Anyway, I hear you and I’m super pumped for next week too
