My guess is it's just a prank. The angle's odd, the photo dimensions are odd, and the art is just too meh.

I think this shit is for real. We know Tightrope was a song title that was mentioned before. Valencia had the scoop on the SOI tracks months before thanks to good investigative work and a lucky encounter with the band. They wouldn't risk their good name as our 'Deep Throat' connection to U2 by putting out bogus info. Perhaps they've built up a rapport with the Band and they gave them the scoop.

You have to wonder if maybe they want a more visual album to complement the wall screen that was under utilized with the exception of a couple songs. They could do some mind blowing stuff. Maybe the first 2 legs were just warmups for what's to come.
