Gloria should always be in the setlist rotation. I hope I get to hear it in Chicago!

Also, I really want to hear WGRYWH. That was one of the first U2 songs I liked. It’s possibly my wife’s favorite U2 song, so I really hope they play it. Maybe they’ll bring it out tomorrow night.

U2 have a complicated history with that song.

I'll be honest - All Because of You sounds really good on this tour. Sometimes playing a song on a lower key helps.

I can't believe it only lasted one night!

Now that we're in our first double show, let's see if it comes back.

this. fits the theme well and the band seem to have a lot of fun playing it

IWF/Gloria/ABOY is a rocking run, hope it stays

also hope Bono sings the fucking lyrics for the Ocean. I don't mind it as a speech transition as long as he sings it too

Christ it's good to get Gloria back, what a proper tune.

Pity it took NYD's place rather than ABOY though. IWF/NYD/Gloria, fuck that'd be sweet as.

Good news...SFS is out again.

It's weird finding randoms on Twitter who actually like ABOY.

Even weirder, at least three Boots fans came out of the woodwork during the St Louis show.

Happy to see Bono moving around the stage a lot more...he was quite lifeless during last year's tour.

SBS into Please or Red Flag Day would be even better

that said, this RBW sounds pretty damn good I will admit. just..for varieties' sake!

I don't care that they aren't doing Red Flag Day, but Please would be so perfect for this tour, it's almost offensive that they're just doing SATS as a token gesture to Pop instead of the most fitting tune.

(See also: ritual ignorance of Mofo for "Bono's mum" sections.)

if they really keep wanting to shove Iris down our throats, at least replace the ending singalong with lyrics from either Mofo or the "won't you come back tomorrow..." or something unique

I love SATS and hope it stays but yeah, it's way, way too token and is the easy way out of Pop representation. I don't especially love RFD either but it's leagues ahead of most of the SOE stuff
