I had the second of four information meetings today, and then I'll start the "real" therapy. I've heard lots of great things about the therapy, some sort of mix between cognitive behavioral therapy and Zen buddhism. I think it's Dialectal Behavioral Therapy in English
Yay, I was able to shift my work schedule around so that I'm working in Waterloo tomorrow, and now I get to see Sarah on her actual birthday.

Just stopping by for a brief drive-by. Wednesdays have now become the craziest day of the week for me, by far. We're having a last minute St Paddy's Day party tomorrow, so after work is done I have to go do a bunch of errands for that, since I'm on the events planning committee. It will be fun tomorrow, but it sucks having to run around and do work errands when I'd much rather be sitting at home relaxing after a busy day.

There was next to nothing anywhere. It took me close to 2 hours to find most of what we needed. Since I work for a non-profit, it's not like I can go out and get crazy shot glasses and beer stuff, so that severely limited my options. I'm glad I was finally able to find some things, though.
Plus, if we win (or lose in OT), we get at least a point and are officially in the playoffs!! I'll be putting up my car flags tomorrow morning if that happens.

After one day I'm already feeling HEAPS better. My throat doesn't hurt anymore and my head feels much clearer. Just my lungs are still the shitz, but I can live with that. It'll be gone in a week.

Awesome! Mmmm... Irish food & beer! I'm not even going to attempt to visit my favourite Irish pub tomorrow - I'm sure it will be pure insanity. I'm probably going to have a birthday celebration there this year, though.

It's St. Pat's day here now, except the only evidence I've seen of it so far (or heard) is people on the radio playing U2 and using really bad Irish accents. *L*
I don't have access to radio (unless I listen online or something), but I'm sure there will be Irish music played up the wazoo tomorrow.
