I'm expecting the other 2 songs to be at least 4 minutes, so the total album time is at least 53 minutes! With an extra song for the UK and Japan it could be 57 minutes!

Exactly. I saw that too. I'm pretty sure that they have a general idea of where they want stuff to go, with a couple of exceptions.

Zooropa is 6'32" - and one of the best first tracks, IMHO. I would definitely love a return to this style instead of a "turn it up to 11" for the intro.

Great point. Zooropa is the perfect opener to that album. Very underrated song IMO. I would love to have this album open up with an atmospheric type opener. It would be a nice change from the last two.
