I'm not sure what you're referring to with doors only into the casino. Only once did I have some rent-a-cop guy say "you can't go out those doors" so I just told him I had a medical condition and I was about to throw up (not true of course) if I didn't go outside immediately, and that of course ended his trying to prevent it, but other than that one time, I have gone in and out all the time. I have a way I go out of there, and in there, that isn't through the casino. I especially like to leave there into fresh air, because it's hot with all those people in there, and if you're on the floor you can just open the doors and go outside, and if you're on the risers, there are still doors, you walk down some stairs to the street outside. If you are in the risers get down to the floor after a show, and go through their exit and turn left and just go outside.
I imagine they'll have the GA line outside at the bottom where you go in, there's a tkt booth there, and its where they have the red carpet for the Billboards each year, when you walk in those doors you turn right and then the doors to the floor are there. Otherwise, they probably will have it upstairs, and they aren't going to like that probably, but there is a big huge area, all carpeted so you'll be comfy, before the doors to arena. I think they'll probably indeed just have that be the GA area, but if need be they could do it outside at the doors near the arena.
I go to concerts there a lot, and they have the best tkts. They told me TM sells certain sections, and other sections are sold only by them directly. So people in Vegas, go to the box office when they're on sale. I love going to shows there, its so fun before and after, everybody gambles and has a great time.
I thought the rodeo finals were in Dec. Usually they're on at the same time as the Billboards, which I go there every year, and its filled with cowboys, real ones. Aren't the bull riding finals at the Mandelay? Is that what you're referring to, and they're earlier than the rodeo finals.
U2.com told me only TM can "reset" our codes. Even tho U2.com told us that those of us who were Prop members can buy more tkts. TM said they have nothing to do with it, and only U2.com can "reset" your code not them. So that's typical, a big Catch 22.
We're all be there!
as soon as the concert is officially announced, the prices will get jacked up
You better believe it. Rates have been rising in Vegas for a while, by a lot. When I went to see Josh Groban, HUGE hotel rates, over $600 a nite at most of the regular hotels, and $900+ a nite at Venetian, Bellagio, etc. Sign up for the hotels, where they send you emails, and especially the MGM has some great deals they only let their players club members have.
