Going to be interesting to see the reviews, the British press has been very anti-U2 this time around so I wonder how the show will fare
 
I'm sure an NME author is there having the time of his life. He gets to work tomorrow, and his boss says "I want that negative, snarky review of U2 on my desk by lunch!"

Half-hearted singing of "40" from the crowd at the end there. I'm belting it out on Thursday and Friday until they hear it from their dressing room and have to come out and play it otherwise I'll refuse to leave
 
Karaoke One I actually like as well but not as a closer. They should have a final song come on after it. Pretty good show though from what I could tell from the feed :up:

Until The End Of The World had a snippet of Words (by Bee Gees). Mysterious Ways had Burning Down The House (by Talking Heads) and Bullet The Blue Sky had 19 (by Paul Hardcastle).
 
I was at the show and hardly heard any fo those snippets - probably because the song is winding down and it doesn't register.

I have a ticket for tomorrow but am in two minds whether to go - really put off by lack of rotation as I suspect we will get the same show again.

If these are the only two shows you're going to, then I would say go - You'll get 4-5 different songs tomorrow that were not played tonight. Which is not bad for big tours, unless you're Springsteen or Pearl Jam.
 
U2gigs has some great videos on their site from the first night.


The lady on stage was adorable.:D
 
This might just be the best live performance of RBW ever.
