His vocals are amazing. Come on dirty old town are some of his best vocals. I bet he could do elevation way better than bono or any song for that matter. I mean come on it's larry, the greatest singer ever.

my friend thinks Larry's voice is very 'accentuated'

but adam would make the greatest singer.
who knows? we haven't heard him sing so.. ya never know. he might be a better singer than bono and edge combined...

Larry sings backing vocals on Numb

Adam does the "spoken word" bit at the end of Your Blue Room

Someone said Adam also does some vocals on Boomerang but I don't know how true that is.

Bono was the best man for the job, hence, Bono, lead man extraordinare! It's not all vocals. It's attitude and showmanship. No one does it like Bono. That's part of U2's allure.

:madspit: wo! think you were asking for a bit of backlash there!!

Bono has been doing his job for a veryyy long time now and i for one wouldnt have it any other way!

The Edge is a good singer though, i love Van Diemen's land!

Just my opinion of course

I'd listen to Larry sing.

But then, I'm biased. I'd listen to Larry read the phone book...
