I miss how seductive his voice was on Achtung and Zooropa. There was this deep sensual quality to it that completely seduced me into the music... and Im a guy! 
I think my all time favorite would have to be Ultra Violet from the 360 tour. His voice is so beautiful on that song.
But as far as album songs only, I would have to say Hawkmoon 269 is my favorite Bono song. The first half of the song is very Joshua Tree and the last half is very Achtung Baby, not only in Bono's voice but in Edge's guitar. That's such an amazing song.
