Book: A Conspiracy of Hope

I got this in the mail last week from ebay. When I get around to reading it, what will I find?

Its a great book, but you may find it a little heavy going in places! It was a couple of years ago when I last read it so its a bit difficult to remember whats in it!

It's a really good book but not the best. I also found it a bit difficult and heavy to read, but I don't have english as my first language so.... And it was a few years since I read it, I might find it easier today.
What I do remember is that there is few wrong facts in there, as usual I guess.
