I was at the Hoosier Dome for the Indy JT show and being in the upper deck had no clue it was them until I read the article in the paper the next day reviewing the show. A classic and I didn't even know it at the time.
I think it brought back some of the memories but I think some of the bootlegs from the tour...there is a good one from LA... show it for what it was...CLASSIC. I still remember Streets doing the same thing it still does today...goosebumps!
So....is this the official Chicago setlist party? couldn't quite tell from the title.
Anyway...hoping to stay up to 3 am as well. I am in Germany for work and Chrisedge has my GA tix...he promised me a good video!
Two coming down from Nashvegas as well.... Was supposed to be in Chicago tonight as well but had to sell my GA's due to work
...anyway Chrisedge will now be enjoying tonight in Chicago for me and my wife.
since we are all talking up ES and Bad and such....not to push or anything but for those who love these songs take a listen to track 8. BRAVE here...
Eight Days Later Music
the song just happened to turn out like that...my keys and production and recording on the album.....and it still puts me...
the other 3 are all included as track 2 on the ES single...they were taken live from the Boston Elevation show....Bono's welping tribal cry goes deep on that one. Might be on youtube as we as there is a DVD of that live show as well.
and the fact that the ES singles also has one of the best live recorded versions of BAD>40>Streets... the ES single is about 17 minutes of chills and pure U2 in that genre.
Did someone mention earlier that Edge needed some fire and the boys need some passion.....maybe this should take the place of one:hmm:
caught this in a different thread earlier today...

Does seem a couple of songs too short....just saw Elvis Costello two weeks ago and he nearly played for 3 hours...he and the crowd were loving it so much....but they didn't have to worry about curfews either and no opening act. I liked that...you get to see who you came to see with no time...
