Ok snap out of it. 
I do hope it's a back support rather than a second pair of pants but that's what it looks like. I thought it was very R&R of him to continue the show in ripped pants.

He wore it in summer in Australia/New Zealand .... it must have been pretty warm there for those shows.
I hope he does have a backup plan in case it's unbearable this summer. I wouldn't want to be wearing leather.
But I suppose hetoughedsweated it out all through the Zoo TV shows.
They were premiered in summer in Europe. I see no point why they wouldn't be in the US.
I don't know about the temps in Pittsburgh at the end of July, but I do know that Baltimore & Nashville can be absolutely brutal in June & July. The amount of chafing that would likely occur in Nashvegas alone is enough to make mere mortals cower in fear, praying fervently to the Talcum Powder gods for mercy.
