Ok Info so far comes from cori who said housewears section endcap... I think? On a flat board, not rolled. (and her info came from another forum, so we are both going to hunt it down. I'll let you know! )

I found it! It's 12 x 36, so a lot smaller than I was picturing. I found it right next to the other ones I was talking about, so I would be any money they did have it at the first Target I checked last night - I just didn't look at them because I thought it was a bigger poster.

But they were in the section with frames/clocks, that sort of thing. One store had them on an endcap, the one today didn't, so there you go.

It's a nice little poster.
