I have a Cannon Powershot SD1200. What settings do you use, like the ISO? Sorry to ask another question.
 
oh no problem, ask away!

I use the M setting, ISO 200, the F-stop as low as you can and then I adjust the shutter speed depending on the light.

Great. Thanks. My Dublin ones came out really good, but I was having some trouble with the blurriness. :hug:
 
well there are certain songs where I don't even try to take photos and just party away, like Vertigo, Get on your boots or Crazy..at least B moves so much during those it's all a blurry mess on photos
 
Mine would look blurry, but when I pused the button down to take the pic it was ok. For Dublin 1, I was on the back rail of the pit and that is when I had the most problems. For night 3, I was 2nd row directly in front of Bono and only had a few problems. I'm also going to adjust it to to night picture taking settings too.
 
I feel bad taking a lot of pics when I get to the front, but I want to remember it as much as possible

Thanks for sharing this great info Anjarw!!

I used my Canon Powershot G6 during the Vertigo show and they turned out good, but I kept it on auto with ISO 400. So they probably could have been even better. My only issue with it will be it is only 3X optical zoom. I really want a new one that is higher. Your settings advice is so helpful.
