I mean, I knew it on principle, but my hopes got the better of me.

See, I saw a commercial for this:

And I thought "That looks cool, WANT!" because shaving doesn't last, tweezing hurts, and waxing is so complicated. And then I actually looked for the thing at three stores and didn't find it. I'd given up when lo and behold, I walked into Walgreen's, and there it was.

It did take the hair off, but slowly and only with effort. The product is essentially sandpaper. It basically sands the hair down to the surface, so in that sense it's no better than shaving really (doesn't remove the hair below the skin.) And it didn't hurt DURING, but afterwards my skin started burning. It hurts worse than after waxing

I'm taking this shit back to the store
