perhaps I don't disagree with you
Just sink into it like it's a warm bath. Don't be ashamed to like a band that brings the fucking rock to the table.

I actually think their The Black Parade album is pretty fucking good.
My favourite is still coming up: Murder by Ours.
I actually saw them live, against my will, but didn't hate it. I have a love/hate relationship with them. Most of the hate based on the fact that I "Shouldn't" like them.
Wow, I'll be surprised if anything beats Showbiz for me because I absolutely love this song. Matt's scream at the end is
I think about four songs on it are really good.
The rest makes me want to beat the singer with something heavy, or at least put the guy on xanax or something.
I really like this Queens of the Stone Age song
Which four?
The End
Dead!
I Don't Love You
Teenagers
The End is one of the better Pink Floyd circa The Wall/Queen parodies I've come across, Dead! is perfectly arranged and performed, while Teenagers is just a lot of fun. I Don't Love You is a wildcard...I should hate it, but it's a good tune and works well within the album.
Other than that...
Hmmm. I like 2 of those songs, love one, and am indifferent about one.
My favourites are Houses of the Wolf, Mama, Sleep, and Sharpest Lives.
So, I'm through disc one of Bono_212's list. I give the songs an A and the flow a C, so that's a B for the first disc.
See, Mama is an interesting track. Depending on my mood, it either works for me or it doesn't. It's certainly creative, if uncomfortable.
Dead! is definitely my favorite. It just comes roaring out of the gate and doesn't stop, while managing to inject a good melody in there as well.
I do like this Ours song. It's kind of Radiohead-ish.
I'm especially curious to see what you think of the second disc's flow, considering I sequenced it.
The songs are definitely superior on that disc IMO.
I'm actually taking a break from it. I need to finish watching Heat so I can return it.
Overall thoughts:
Flow and mood are spot-on.
I got kinda bored during the first part, but the playlist pretty much gets better and better once you hit Airbag. Lots of great songs there at the end. It's a list I need to be in a certain mood to fully appreciate, I think. Overall I'd give it a 7.5-8/10, depending on my mood
Cool. especially considering I only put 3 hours into making it
wow, impressive. and you came up with that concept and everything? crazy
Damn Mediafire is still down!
Anyways, elMel, looks like you'll be ok with at least one song on Chass' list then, since it's "I Don't Love You"
