So whatever became of "Bulldozer" (reported to be Larry's favorite)?

I'm sure this has been covered, but whatever became of "Bulldozer" that we'd heard about during the development of ATYCLB and HTDAAB? It was said to be "Larry's favorite", and that it had some real weight to it. Did it get discarded? Did it turn into another song?
