My laptop is downstairs. I'm surprised it takes them so long to install the RAM on your laptop, U2Dem. It usually takes me 5 minutes.

Yeah that's the one problem with Best Buy. Customer service is horrid. If I plan on dealing with customer service or making a major purchase, I budget at least two hours.
